Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] CoolingCoil:Water Nominal Capacity help

If you have a AHU data sheet, then you can contact the manufacturer for the design conditons which he used to get at his coil rating. They have this info, I gaurentee it.

I've had a LEED reviewer comment that the capacity of the cooling coils in my AHUs do not match the mechanical schedule they have been provided. They have taken these values from the Equipment summary report, and indeed they do not match as my coils were left to autosize design air and water flows (as I did not have enough info to fill this in at the time, and still don't).

As there is no way to input a simple rated capacity of water cooling coils, can anyone shed light on the equation Energy Plus uses to come up with this rated capacity, and how I might adjust my inputs to show a capacity which match the equipment?

Many thanks,

Adam
