I tried to pin down a manufacturer who claimed huge sensible effectiveness ratios which were not comparing total enthalpies, but sensible heat of the air streams...they had numbers almost at unity. Also, they didn't reply when I requested enthalpy effectiveness both sensible and latent AND very important how the effectiveness is at 75% flow and at unbalanced flows.
