[EnergyPlus_Support] Modeling a basement as a heat sink

Hi guys,

 

I am trying to model a house basement in order to evaluate a system that uses the low temperatures conditions of the basement as a strategy to reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning or even use the cold air from the basement to the house.

 

Does E+ model such situation? Is there any example file that I can use to build the model?
