[EnergyPlus_Support] Design Level of Electric Equipment

Hello,

When using an Electric Equipment object with the direct power rating or power/unit of surface, then a Design Level is computed and the actual input is the design Level * value of the schedule. 
But if you use a watts/person option, does it compute a fixed design level or does it have a varying design level which changes depending on the schedules for occupation ? Does it then still use the level schedule ?
