The watts/person option creates a design level based on
nominal people in the zone and then uses the schedule as input to modify
that design level.

Obviously, in that case, the schedule should be similar or the same as
the people schedule in the zone.

Other non-whole design level entries (i.e. per zone floor area) work the
same.
