The outside boundary is adiabatic, no heat flow, so both sides have to be the same temperature… Ned Lyon, P.E. (MA, WV) SIMPSON GUMPERTZ & HEGER

On Behalf Of qureshi.faran I have a building model with its floor having one insulation layer. The details are given below. My question is that the energy plus simulation shows me exactly the same temperatures for the Inside and the Outside face of this
floor. I am expecting a difference due to insulation layer. How can this be explained ? __._,_.___ Primary EnergyPlus support is found at: http://energyplus.helpserve.com or send a message to energyplus-support@xxxxxxxx The primary EnergyPlus web site is found at: http://www.energyplus.gov The group web site is: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/ Attachments are currently allowed but be mindful that not everyone has a high speed connection.
