The kitchen water heating is with biomass. This will be a great point in my simulation. The other equipments i'll simulate like

As standard 90.1-2007 does not regulate kitchen equipment, there is no baseline. Any proposed baseline of your own would be an exceptional calculation and is at the whims of the leed reviewer. Check ashrae 90.1-2010...perhaps it has something that is regulated.
