I sas you sent your warnings/errors summary already and that you got good guidances from the forum. Follow them step by step, your model will be cleaner.

Then, from my experience, your warnings about surfaces are quite,typical from design builder generation. Correct them as advised by forum. The DX coil airflow issue is just due to wrong auto size in DX coil object. The parameter in m3/s/kW has to be set within the interval accepted by energyplus. This interval is specified in the IDF and in the engineering reference PDF. 

Also, refer to four. Discussions about the COP definition. Indeed it is quite tricky that the COP definition I the 90.1 standard is based on AHRI definition while within Eplus the definition is different. You must take it into account. The reviewer will check this table in your summary and see if your AHRI corrected COP matches the 90.1 standard value for the baseline model.
