You can also use the ZoneInfiltration:DesignFlowRate object to model infiltration.  Unfortunately, there is no way to enter a cfm/sf of exterior wall area into that object (Linda - request for next release??), but this will respond to temperatures and wind speed.  It is not actually sensitive to the zone orientation, but is much easier to set up than an airflow network.

As you said, I just read that rather setting a fixed value of air infiltration for the whole building, is better to estimate by the experimental results the leakage area and set it, so the infiltration will be annually calculated through the simulation based on the weather file
