[EnergyPlus_Support] Best way to emulate a 3 ways valve in E+?

Hi modellers

I am trying to model a building with two boilers, several rooms and heating only provided by hotwater baseboard heaters.
The boilers should operate at a fixed temperature (outlet) (e.g.: 60 deg C)
The water supplied to the baseboard heaters should be at a temperature controlled by a setpoint of the type (OutdoorAirReset) (from 40 to 60 deg C)
I have tried several options:

None of the configurations achieved the fixed outlet boiler temperature and the modulating basboard supply temperature (it can be done by mixing and recirculating the return and supply flow streams, and the tempering valve object does it theoretically).

Which is the best way to emulate a 3 ways mixing valve?

Any hint

Thanks

Regards

Luis
