I'm with Jerimia on this one:
Specify the output variable dictionary to output an .rdd file in IDF format.
Run the simulation to produce the rdd file (which will list all the possible output variables for your simulation). 
Open the rdd in a text editor, and copy paste the output variables that you want to include in your simulation and re-run.

The trickiest part are the definitions of the different outputs. You'll have to search the documentation for the ones which look interesting.

    Hourly;                  !- Reporting_Frequency
