[EnergyPlus_Support] Problems with extracting hourly variables from EnergyPlus



I'm doing some diagnostic simulations comparing EnergyPlus to another program (not DOE-2 :-)), and need to extract hourly variables for zone air temperature, inside surface temperature and heat fluxes through an interior wall.  I took some old IDFs from 6 years ago, ran them through the IDFVersionUpdater to get Version 8.0 IDFs, and used the resultant reporting for the zone air temperature, but I'm not getting anything in the output *.eso.

  Output:Variable,*,Site Outdoor Air Drybulb Temperature,Monthly;   < this works
  Output:Variable,*,Zone/Sys Air Temp,Hourly;                  < this does not work
  Output:Variable,*,Zone Air System Sensible Cooling Rate,Monthly;    < this works
  Output:Variable,*,Zone Air System Sensible Heating Rate,Monthly;   < this does not work

 Also, what is the syntax for specifying the heat flux for a particular surface ?  I tried this but it doesn't work:

  Output:Variable,
    *,                       !- Key_Value
    HOUSE:AT-FLOOR2 Heat Flow,  !- Variable_Name
    Hourly;                  !- Reporting_Frequency
