Yip. Also note the reflectivity for the roof must be 0.3 (unless you have an SRI better than somthing very high...I don't remember).

Can I understand for baseline building we only need to use roof - insulation entirely above deck, above-grade wall - steel-framed, floor - steel-joisted etc. Other constructions in Appendix A just for the purpose of using for proposed building?
