Here I want to reassure that:

Baseline building envelope uses ONLY:

• Roof - Insulation Entirely above Deck (1 of 3);
  
• Above-Grade Wall - Steel-Framed (1 of 4);
  
• Floor - Steel-Joisted (1 of 3)
  
• Opaque door types shall match the proposed design and conform to the U-factor requirements from the same tables.
  
• Slab-on-grade floors shall match the F-factor for unheated slabs from the same tables.
  
• Opaque assemblies used for alterations shall conform with Section 5.1.3. 
  

Proposed building can use ANY:

• 3 roof types;
  
• 4 wall types;
  
• 1 below-grade wall;
  
• 3 floor types;
  
• 2 slab-on-grade floor types
  
• 2 opaque door types
  

shown in Tables 5.5-1 through 5.5-8, with typical detailed constructions listed in appendix A (or recommend proposed building using these constructions even though the use of constructions for proposed design can be arbitrary, as the Standard states "All components of the building envelope in the proposed design shall be modeled as shown on architectural drawings or as built for existing building envelopes.").

Please confirm above understanding is right. If not, please correct with comments. Thank you very much indeed.

Yip. Also note the reflectivity for the roof must be 0.3 (unless you have an SRI better than somthing very high...I don't remember).
