The room air models have recently been updated so that the predictor corrector algorithm works properly, so I suggest you use the latest beta or wait until the next release.

If I was in your situation, I would use the 3 node method...however, I would use a previous CFD simulation to pseudo calibrate the the inputs, or even better, take measurements.

 

The 3 main things to assume is the vertical temperature distribution and the effect of the pleums.

It seems that either the One node method or the three node method would be appropriate, but again are unsure. How do you decide between one method or the other?
