[EnergyPlus_Support] Severe error: Warmup days

Hello dear forum,

I'm about to submit the EAp2 form for LEED Certification, but I still have trouble with simulating the Baseline model. I got the following errors, not only for the FLOOR12:OFICINA2 zone, but also for many zones in my model.

Please advice how can I fix it. Do I have to change the warmup days? 

** Severe  ** CheckWarmupConvergence: Loads Initialization, Zone="FLOOR12:OFICINA2" did not converge after 25 warmup days.

   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Temp Comparison = 5.73E-002 vs Temperature Convergence Tolerance=0.40 - Pass Convergence

   **   ~~~   ** ..Min Temp Comparison = 5.31E-002 vs Temperature Convergence Tolerance=0.40 - Pass Convergence

   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Heat Load Comparison = 2.2433E-003 vs Loads Convergence Tolerance=4.00E-002 - Pass Convergence

   **   ~~~   ** ..Max Cool Load Comparison = 6.0146E-002 vs Loads Convergence Tolerance=4.00E-002 - Fail Convergence
