Hello,

I am new to the forum, so excuse me if I am talking out of line, but I think you will get more answers and better answer if you explain your question a little better.

Is this the extent of your building - a water closet and a storage space? Is there one exhaust fan for both rooms or does each room have one? Are you looking for a program to use or are you looking for EnergyPlus code? What is the bigger picture you're trying to achieve?
