i've contacted the manufacturer of equipment rooftop.
The table they used for classifying equipment is Table 6.8.1D, Single-Packaged Vertical Air Conditioned.

You mean the baseline model Rooftop or just an external condensing unit?
If is an external condensing unit (Like VRF ou split units) is the table 6.8.1B, but if you're looking for the baseline Rooftop Unit you could use the 6.8.1A table.
