[EnergyPlus_Support] Ground source heat exchanger_ G-function [3 Attachments]

Hi everybody.
I'm doing a simulation of an office building (5 storey, 4200 m2) combining an heat pump water-to-water system + vertical ground source heat exchanger with a four pipe fan coil system (in a second moment I will replace it with a radiant floor system) for heating and cooling.
I took the plant configuration from the GSHP-GLHE example file, but I'm not able to get the desidered temperature in my thermal zones and I guess is due to the configuration of the GHE. I understood that there is a software (GLHEPro) to calculate the g-function according to the building requirements, but I'm just a student who is doing this research for her final thesis and I cannot afford the purchased of a software.
Can someone give me some advice about my problem or send me some GHE configuration which could be fitted on a similar building?
Thank you everybody
