I simulated the model by using this HVAC templateZone:PTHP. Yes it works as i want but i need have it only as heating unit. I tried to erase cooling data but the output always give electicity for cooling. What shoul i do to run the model only for heating?

HVACTemplate:Zone:PTHP should work very well. One system will be needed for each zone.  If you want to build your own system instead of using a template, use ZoneHVAC:PackagedTerminalHeatPump
