ASHRAE's IWEC2 weather file for Pune (IND_POONA_430630_IW2) contains rainfall data, but please be aware that rainfall was not used as a selection criteria in the generation of the IWEC2 (or any other typical year weather file that I know of), i.e., the rainfall amount for the "typical year" may or may not represent the long-term average.

IWEC2 weather files are based on recorded weather station data for 12 to 25 years, and available for 3,012 locations outside the US and Canada.
