Hi Mica,
WINDOW7.2 (I think it is a beta version though) uses Radiance to calculate such data for venetian blinds. After the Radiance calculation it exports straight an idf file that could be used by EnergyPlus.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] using advance glazing systems in the windows
I was exploring the use of energy plus and I wonder how could be possible to add an advance glazing system
to my model. Such as: lumitop, or prismatic panels which are usually available as xml files.
The glazing materials in EPlus are usually different kinds of standard glazing.
Is that possible to use Window7 for this?
