[EnergyPlus_Support] RE: Heat Exchanger outlet temperature

I am using two water coils (heating and cooling). The setpoint temperature is always 16 °C throughout the year.

I was also thinking that during the summer the HX should be bypassed (or in general when inlet temperature is higher than 16 °C), but it doesn't do that, I get outlet temperature over 25 °C. 

Here you can find a picture describing the ventilation system (it was taken from OpenStudio, but I am working with the .idf file directly in EnergyPlus now)
