[EnergyPlus_Support] WATER HEAT PUMP - system is getting far too cold

Hello everybody,

 

i tried to connect my low temperature radiant panels with a water to water heat pump. But it's giving me the following error which i can't resolve, it seems that the system is getting too cold:
