[EnergyPlus_Support] AHU(CAV) and Secondary FCU in a single zone

I am trying to model the HVAC system for a new building. 
The building has two HVAC systems. (CAV + FCU) 
The central part of zone is served by a constant-volume system. 
And around the envelope part (perimeter) of zone is served by fan coil units. 
I want to know how it was possible.
