[EnergyPlus_Support] Wind speed and direction data?

Hi,
I am looking for a weather file for any city in the world which has an 
annual data - data on everyday's (or a couple of times per that 
everyday) wind speed and wind direction?

Do EnergyPlus weather files have that kind of data?
