Opened in my version instead of OPs.  You have multiple objects with the same name.  FenextrationSurface:Detailed and AirflowNetwork:MutliZone:Surface are both called "Block1:Zone1_Wall_4_0_0_0_0_0_Win".  You first need to change this, then you have to input the class name into the "Actuated component Type" for the EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator.  You can check your .edd file for all available actuators and internal variables as well as control types.

   ** Severe  ** Invalid Actuated Component Type =AIRFLOW NETWORK WINDOW/DOOR OPENING

   **   ~~~   ** Entered in EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator=MYOPENFACTOR

   **   ~~~   ** Component Type not found

   **   ~~~   ** Review .edd file for valid component types.

   ** Severe  ** Invalid Actuated Component Unique Name =BLOCK1:ZONE1_WALL_4_0_0_0_0_0_WIN

   **   ~~~   ** Entered in EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator=MYOPENFACTOR

   **   ~~~   ** Component Unique key name not found

   **   ~~~   ** Review edd file for valid component names.

   ** Severe  ** Invalid Actuated Component Control Type =VENTING OPENING FACTOR

   **   ~~~   ** Entered in EnergyManagementSystem:Actuator=MYOPENFACTOR

   **   ~~~   ** Control Type not found

   **   ~~~   ** Review edd file for valid component control types.
