[EnergyPlus_Support] CAV Template Crashes When Enabling "Heat Recovery"!!

Dear all,
This is what I get when using CAV system template along with heat recovery enabled in it:

I opened the expanded idf and I found this object already exists, so is this a bug in this version?

I used templates to setup CAV system for a geometry I created in OpenStudio SU plugin.
