There are some odd ; <br> and   in places, so the model did not run if copied from your email. After these being corrected, E+ v7.2.0.006 32bit for Windows does produces the eplusout.sql.

Mhh, I just downloaded EnergyPlusV7-2-0 and executed the simulate button. Same case... No sqlite file has been created.

This is my whole file... Can anybody help me?
