Dear all,
I downloaded weather data in both .iwc and .csv formats from E+ website and tried converting them into .epw format using utility that comes with EnergyPlus, but it didn't work!
I even found a .def file on E+ website for the conversion utility to define how to convert .csv files but didn't work either!
Attached files in the link below are weather data for that location, Rostov City in Russia, (in both formats), and the .def file:
