actually, you want to look at:

Output:Variable,
   
schedprova,                      
!- Key Value
    schedule
value,          !- Variable
Name
   
Detailed;               
!- Reporting Frequency

The other way, you are looking at all schedule values but only being
reported on the schedprova time.  (i.e. whenever > 0)

This will give you what the value of the schedprova schedule is.

attached shows values at detailed and at timestep (timestep is still
being reported on schedprova timeline)
