[EnergyPlus_Support] ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem Economizer

Do you any of you have experience with the ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem Economizer?  I just ran a model, and the economizer is never turning on (as checked with the output variable: 

Output:Variable,*,Zone Ideal Loads Economizer Active Time,hourly; !- HVAC Sum [hr]
