[EnergyPlus_Support] Teaching high school students to simulate with Energy+

I have been tasked with helping some advanced high school students understand and simulate net-zero and energy efficient buildings. I would like to use energy plus to provide some data that the students can quickly relate to. It would need to be free and simple to use.
What is the best way to provide meaningful results within 4 hours?
