[EnergyPlus_Support] epw file with measured values

Hi all,

I have measured main climatic parameters for the last several months and would like to create epw file. I know how to do it but i have several doubts and would like someone to check and comment if something I misunderstood:
1. all parameters are measured in UTC time, epw file contains standard local time values (in my case UTC +1)
2. my country follows DST convention (DST start last Sunday in March, DST ends last Sunday in October)
3. My intention is to calibrate E+model with data obtained through BMS which is in local time (during DST it is UTC+2, outside DST it is UTC+1)
4. I converted all measured outside parameters from UTC to UTC+1 (offsetting by +1 hour)
5. in IDF i stated DST Start and End dates (for the weather file I created - outside measured period existing epw vaules remained - not an issue since they are outside my RunPeriod)
6. My biggest concern: If I report environment variables during DST RunPeriod in hourly resolution, should them be read from epw file and have offset +1hour? - In my variables report it look like some interpolated values (close to those in epw file) are reported with no offset

Any help is welcome.
