That is a good question- I just took a look at a model I created in the past and have attached that uses AFN duct objects.  However, as you said- I do not see how to attach it to the plenum. Not sure if this helps, but you can take a look at my file to see how I have it setup.

Thanks for your response. What you said is to specify that a zone is conditioned or not, that's right ? Actually my problem is to specify that my duct object belong to this zone. I modelled an electric furnace which heats the main zone of the house, but ducts are located in an unconditionned crawlspace. And I don't know how to link my duct object to the crawlspace ...
