Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] copy of zone cooling schedules
in the EMS document example 10 copy of CLGSETPT-SCH is made and later used in the program. Its not mentioned how the copy has been made. Similarly I want to make a copy of each zone's cooling set point schedules and use in my program.

You could output them as hourly or timestep and then use Schedule:File options to get them back in -- if that is your purpose.
