You may be able to overwrite zone air inlet node temperatures using EMS, but I've not done so myself.

I suggest using the idealHVAC systems and not modelling any infiltration. This way you set both the entering air temperature and humidity.

I want to simulate a model which has the manual input for the temperature of the air that comes into the zone by Ventilation or infiltration.
For example I want to have a 25C air that comes in to the zone.
