Hi Jean

 

I appreciate the reason for modulation, it is just that for this investigation I want to model a simple binary response to open/close the window

 

i will have another read of the inputoutput chapter but i was struggling to understand what values i had to use to get it to behave in a binary fashion, like I said, I'm sure it is something very simple that i am overlooking
