Yes, of course.
You will need ems sensor placed on zone temperature variable, ems actuator placed on fan availability schedule, simple program line if then else with names given in ems objects and program calling point. My suggestion is to check fan availability schedule values and zone temperature in outputs just to see if the program works ok.

Any ideas how I might use EMS to control an exhaust fan?

 

I want to modulate it on/off depending upon temperature of the zone

 

Is it possible to control an availability schule and do it that way?
