[EnergyPlus_Support] Weather file [4 Attachments]

I am doing a simulation for thermal performance of factory building. I need data from 1/4/2014 to 30/7/2014 by using weather file of Dhaka, Bangladesh. My simulation is almost done but there's the error:

** Severe  ** GetNextEnvironment: Runperiod:CustomRange has been entered but weatherfile  DATA PERIOD does not have year included in start/end date.
   **   ~~~   ** ...to match the RunPeriod, the DATA PERIOD should be mm/dd/yyyy for both.
   ** Severe  ** GetNextEnvironment: Runperiod [mm/dd/yyyy] (Start=04/01/2014,End=07/30/2014) requested not within Data Period(s) from Weather File
   **   ~~~   ** Weather Data Period (Start=01/01/<noyear>,End=12/31/<noyear>

How can I solve this problem? Need help. 

I have attached all the files of Idf and Weather file.
