You need to specify timestep=60 (60 per minute)
E+ can produce Outputs at the timestep level. Just specify it in whe creating a variable object.
The "reports" in E+ are kind of readable summaries. I am not sure if you can have it at the 1 minute timestep level and anyway I am not sure if this would be useful.
