That seems to be working. Yes, I am using Python for run control but not for building the branches (I believe Eppy can do this, but I worked this up by hand). I'm not 100% sure where those trailing spaces are coming from as they're not present in the original files, just seemingly when they are stitched together with EPMacro ##include statements.

Thanks for the review though, changing the boiler pump has done the job.
