Not exactly. The sum of the zone demands may differ from the house demand because you may have tanks or other forms of buffer in between the equipment recieving heat from the municiple district heat grid and the heating equipment either in the plant room or zones. The district heat is what you will pay the utility provider.

Have you produced a allsummary html report? if not check the documentation on how to do that.
