Dear all,
I'm thinking of calibrating an EPlus model with AMY (Actual Meteorological Year) file from Weather Analytics (http://www.weatheranalytics.com/wa/). However, they offer 2 types of AMY files.
Wanted to ask if anyone could provide any insights as to which would be preferred for calibrating the model.
The description for the 2 types are as follow:
Weather Analytics Station? We integrate the latest and best available weather data from NOAA and nearby Meteorological Stations to form these 35km x 35km modeled areas.
Meteorological StationWeather Analytics provides on-demand, gap-free weather files for 8,000 official Meteorological Stations located across the globe.
Note: The nearest weather station is about 2.88 miles (4.6 km) from the actual site based on their latitude and longitude.
