Your OccDensity[] is a command to EPMacro.  Are you
examining the output from it to determine if there are errors
there?

Also, you didn't include your entire people object -- the clothing
schedule thing sounds a little like a failure in converting to a newer
version.  One of the versions added a field around that field and if
not properly converted will cause errors.
