Dear Group,
A new version of jEPlus (v1.5 beta) is available to download from SourceForge. There are a few important changes and additions in this version, namely:
- @calc() syntax in parameter definition allows parameter values to be calculated from a formula. For example, P3’s values can be defined as @calc(P2/2+10).
- All new RVX file for customizing result collection, which allows
+ Use multiple RVI files and SQL commands
+ Use Python scripts for extracting and processing simulation results
+ Compute user-defined variables and metrics to put in combined result tables
- New in-built text editor with syntax highlighting that works well with various file formats and sizes

We are currently working on examples to demonstrate the full potential of these new features. jEPlus+EA and the JESS service will also be updated in due course to incorporate these changes.
