To see this level you are going to have to use many timesteps per hour which will increase your calculation time.

 

The EMS application guide shows how to call Hour and Minute variables for ERL in Table 2 p5

 

you will probably need a long list of if statements

if Hour = xx && Minute > yy && Minute < zz then ......

 

you will probably have to modulate some actuator to reflect your demand requirements
