[EnergyPlus_Support] Define input to EMS module

I want to provide a time dependent input as shown below to the EMS module.

Demand values

1:10    220W

1:20    230W

1:30    200W

1:40    225W 

and so on ..................... for a whole day

how can I provide such kind of input to the EMS module which it can use for calculations.
