[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: How do I start the program?

I installed the Windows 32-bits version of EnergyPlus8.2 (this one: EnergyPlus-8.2.0-e53a815bb2-Windows-i386.exe) in my PC with Windows XP Professional 32-bits SP3,

 ... and when I hit 'Simulate', I get this error message "EnergyPlus.exe is not a valid Win32 application"!!! (see also attached image)

Is this message what you also get, Josep?
