[EnergyPlus_Support] systems level reporting

I am trying to get the hourly energy use of an air handler.
 Could someone explain the difference between system load outputs and system energy use outputs.
 The air system total heating energy and the air system hot water energy differ by a factor of 10. I would expect them to be fairly close.
